This clean, low mile Corvette was brought to TW for a couple of upgrades and a complete dyno tune.  The car already had a previously installed supercharger, but at 392 h.p. the owner needed more power.  How about a Brain Tooley Racing Camshaft kit with new stianless exhaust headers and down pipes?  With all the added horsepower, larger fuel injectors and fuel pump will be needed.   Once this bad ass gets on the dyno it will be tuned with a HP tuner.  The odds are the supercharger pulley will need to be changed for more boost due to the increase in horsepower.  Dyno results are on there way!

The engine work has already started, but there is some interesting things that should be mentioned.  As stated earlier in this project, the supercharger was already installed when the car arrived.  It was pointed out that there is a key block that is designed to pin the crankshaft to the harmonic balancer.  This is required to stop any possible slippage due to the increased horsepower.

As you can see in the picture, there is no oil grim in the valve assembly.  This engine has low miles and has been taken care of.

Titanium exhaust system!  I picked up the exhaust to see how light they are, I had no idea!

The car was brought back to TW for a little adjustment.  The owner wanted lower gears in the rear end to get more speed off the line.  It will limit the top end a little, but the " throw you back in the seat" should be a great added feature.
