We can build all kinds of motors, ranging from Honda to Chevy, to Yugo. Here are a few a couple customer, and a couple shop car engines.   The crew will disassemble them, have Mulder Machine shop do there magic and then the crew at TW  will reassemble them.  Do you know the four engines shown below?  Scroll down for the answers!

Toyota 1zzfe.
This engine, is the stock motor out of a Toyota Celica, non-GTS car. The owner has had it for a very long time, and wants to make some power. Between the cams, piston/rod, turbo combination, 300 hp?? 400??
We will see when we get in the car.

Toyota 7agte 20 valve.
This is Dillon's powerplant for the MR2 racing car. This combo as it sits, made 400 hp with only 11 psi.
It is a hybrid build using the Toyota 7afe block and crank out of the 90's Corollas and Celicas. It adds 8mm of throw/stroke to make it a 1750cc over the stock 4age block that is only 1597cc. When the overbore was done, it is now a true 1.8 liter
It currently at 13:1 compression, tuned on E98. it still uses the stock ITB's with a custom built intake plenum with a diversion plate.
Should we increase the boost? Shoot for 500? 600? The beauty of an iron block.

LS3 5.7L

The engine was built by Thompson Motorsports located in Texas.  It has a custom block, rods and pistons.  Its running a Comp turbo with a Precision wastegate all pumping into a Holly intake system.  The exhaust manifolds were modified to fit and work into the Torn truck . A job well done with the routing the exhaust. Go check out the Torn build page and see how everything fits. Now if we tune for Ethanol, how much power should we shoot for? 600? 800? 1000?
