Who could imagine,  a 1956 Mark II rolled up to TW for a little repair.  First of all, this was a special car for its time.  It was designed not to be the largest or the most powerful, but for purely luxury and elegance.  The car came standard with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seats, power vent windows and a tachometer.  The only option available was A/C for $600.  The car came with a 368 c.i. engine that produced 285 h.p. and bolted to a Lincoln 3 speed automatic.  A truly rare luxury car.

The car had difficulty starting: a weak battery, corroded wires on the voltage reg, and possibly a bad fuel pump.  Time will tell....
