Rory and his 13 year old daughter Sophia, are planning on building her first car together. Sophia picked out a 1970 Ford F100 with a stock 360. They also decided to add a few upgrades and modifications. Other possible additions for the truck: Crown Vic front end, custom rear suspension, 4.6 motor tuned with HPTuners and  4R70W transmission.

With the engine removed, the firewall has been painted.

The suspension was lowered and the engine was installed.  Which rim would you pick?  I suggested the rim on the right, but put the slicks on the rear.

It was decided to add a little cab safety by adding a roll cage.   Notice the custom floor mounts in all four corners of the cab.

Here is an update on this Ford! It runs and drives now. The 4.6 has been wired and everything operates the way it is supposed to. While the front end was off, Rory had the inner fenders blasted and powdercoated. Now that it moves on it own, Dillon is going to start helping with the body work and get this ready for paint!
