Here is a great ride with low miles running the stock LS1 engine.   What could we do to upgrade the car and increase the horse power?  How about about a LS3 crate engine, with upgraded cams, new headers with a dyno run and tune?

The car was mildly tuned and setup on the dyno and now the owner must drive 500 easy miles to break in the engine.   New LS3 engine and easy break in miles?  That doesn't sound logical let alone near impossible!  After the break in miles are completed, it will get a complete performance dyno and tune.

It was also noted that the 1997 cpu had a built in rev limiter that was not changeable.  The cpu was replaced with a C5 model before it had the final performance dyno and tune.

New Magnaflow exhaust!!  Did I mention the tranny was upgraded and rebuilt?  I guess the old one just couldn't hold it together after all the new horsepower that was added!

The guibo joints are starting to wear out.  The rear end has to be removed in order to access the drive line.

The owner requested that the rear end needed to be geared down for better acceleration.  The crew at TW agreed and decided on drop it from 2.73 to 3.73.  The rear end was removed and sent out for the new gear set.
